We will stay in a villa with a long history and an amazing interior, and their hospitality will make the experience even more unforgettable. We will follow the lavender route and get to know the area, revealing the secrets of the production of essential oils and wine, typical of the area.

About the Villa
Located far from the city noise, this extraordinary villa has been created with incredible work, attention, care and respect for history and will make you relax and enjoy the unique program we have prepared.
Each guest (single or couple) will be accommodated in an individual room with a private bathroom. The rooms combine tradition with modern comfort and each room hides a variety of different elements dating back to the chosen construction of the villa.
The villa also has a separate gathering place where we will organize our Friday dinner and snacks, and in our large yard you will find sun loungers and a jacuzzi where you can relax during your free time.
Themed Dinner 'Lavender'
We will begin our adventure with a special themed dinner at the villa, prepared by Chef Mousien of Ahora Restaurant.
The dishes will be inspired by lavender and paired with a wine tasting from a local winery, taking us on a culinary journey through the local terroir.
The path of lavender and sparkling wine
On Saturday, after a hearty breakfast and time to relax, we will set out on the lavender route, which will not only stun us with impressive views, but also take us to the most famous winery in the region.
There we will visit the first tasting room of its kind in Bulgaria for sparkling wine, where we will learn about the unique qualities of Bulgarian sparkling wine and how it can compete with world champagne brands.
You will then have the opportunity to taste both the sparkling and still wines of the cellar combined with a light lunch.
Visit to an essential oil distillery
After a short afternoon rest at the villa, we will head to the "tile village", which is home to an agricultural holding, producing natural products from the purest local ingredients - Bulgarian rose and lavender essential oils, wine and honey.
The owners will personally show us around the essential oil distillery and enlighten us on the details of the production process.
We will also learn about the benefits and uses of lavender oil and how Bulgaria managed to become the largest exporter of essential oils in Europe.
Sunset among the lavender fileds
After the distillery, we will head to the lavender fields where we will enjoy a stunning sunset and have time to relax and enjoy the aromatic relaxation and beautiful scenery.
Dinner under the stars
Wrapping up our Saturday adventure, we'll enjoy a special dinner under the stars in the distillery's magical courtyard.
We'll sample fine dining carefully prepared with fresh ingredients sourced directly from local producers.
The wine for the evening is also from local vineyards and will challenge us to try to read the specifics of the terroir, highlighted by the nearby lavender fields.
Pasta Workshop
The final highlight of our unforgettable journey is a unique workshop on making pasta with edible flowers.
At the community center in Chirpan, we will have the honor of being welcomed by Rosi Ivanova, a finalist in the third season of "MasterChef", who will guide us through this exciting process of creating pasta, in which we will weave the beauty and aroma of edible flowers.
Encouraged by her professional tips and techniques, we will have fun and create unique dishes with our own creative touch.
